Hello Dancers and Families; Here is the news of the week. (Dancers on the Dream Team, you should had already received a Nascar update from me.) Don't forget, tuition is due by the 10th and thank you in advance. Venmo link attached. *Rehearsals this SATURDAY: 8-9:00 Nutcracker- with Miss Rebecca 9-10:30- DREAM TEAM 10:30-11:30- DISNEY DANCE THE MAGIC 12:00-3:00 Ballet Soloists for Mermaid from the audition. Attention dancers performing solos in the January recital, you need to have your piece approved by a teacher with music ready and costumes approved by December 4th. See me for any questions. COMING UP: CLOSED FOR THANKSGIVING RECESS: Monday, November 21- Saturday, November 26th. Dancers can take a make up class now. * Come see your fellow dancers perform excerpts from the Nutcracker on December 3 for free, 2 shows, 11or 1:00 show, TIckets required and are at the desk. Friends welcome. * Have a Disneyland Pass - considering checking our our dancers performing in the Merry Holiday Parade down Main Street on Saturday, December 11. * MORE:::::: Our Holiday Open House Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, December 17th at 4:00. The following classes will be performing a short, informal holiday piece. PARTICIPATION IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL AND DANCERS WILL BE LEARNING CHOREOGRAPHY IN CLASS. Keep in mind that while the following classes are dancing, most classes will be putting together fun holiday routines and as always, we invite parents to observe at the end of class times. We ask for a donation of $3.00 per person and $10 max per family with light refreshments available as a donation based, In addition we will have raffles and prizes to give away. Dancers need not attend to enter the raffles. The show is about 25 minutes and dancers can wear any holiday attire. More information coming soon so keep reading your emails. * Miss Marlise's Monday Hip Hop: II, Advanced and Teen * Miss Jordyn's Monday, Jazz II/II * Miss Raquel's: Tuesday, Jazz I /Musical Theater * Miss Lori's Tuesday Tap I/II * Miss Tiffany's Wednesday Jazz II * Miss Karie's Wednesday Jazz III - (I forget from last week) * Miss Karie's Thursday Jazz IV ALSO: Looking ahead - FORMING NOW- ANGELS BASEBALL PERFORMANCE TEAM! Perform on the infield at ANGELS STADIUM, FRIDAY, APRIL 21 when the Angels host Kansas City. THERE IS AN AGE RESTRICTION FROM THE ANGELS For Dancers in Middle School and Up or with permission, so see me if you are interested, or you performed last year. The fee is $50 per dancer and it will include their ticket. Parents, family and friends tickets are $20.00. Rehearsals will be starting around February and held on Saturday mornings. If you are interested let me know and I will put you on the interest list. Looking ahead: WE ARE OPEN THIS FRIDAY FOR VETERAN'S DAY CLOSED FOR WINTER RECESS: WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 21- TUESDAY, JANUARY 3 - we are open January 4th. I think that is all for this week.
