Hello Dancers and Families:

Welcome Back! Dance Works is preparing for a busy December so please read this message carefully and as always let me know what I have missed and if you need anything.

* Reminder December tuition is due. Please pay by the 10th to avoid a late fee and if you prefer the Venmo link is attached. Thank you in advance.

* Dancers performing this Saturday in the in-studio Nutcracker show, if you did not received a separate email from me please let me know.

* Dance the Magic - nothing yet to report, keep checking emails, I expect an update at any time and make sure to fill out the food survey,

REHEARSALS THIS WEEK:

TONIGHT: 6:15-8:00 - THESE MERMAID SOLOISTS ONLY- Ariel, Sebastian, Flounder, Scuttle, Flotsam, Jetsam, Ursula, Vanessa, Vicar, all sisters, Max, Carlotta

COMING UP:

MONDAY, DECEMBER 5- Disney Parade Team 6:30-7:30

WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 7 - Dream Team - 6-6:30

This Saturday we have over 25 performers in our studio Nutcracker show. The event is all free including refreshments, but a ticket is needed.  The 11:00 show is sold out, so plan to come at noon and stay for the 1:00 show. The performance is about 45 minutes.

GOING TO DISNEYLAND NEXT SATURDAY, the 11th? Come check our Disney Team who have been rehearsing for weeks to perform in the Merry Holiday Parade with dancers from all over the world!  Yes, world!

Finally;

Our Holiday Open House Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, December 17th at 4:00.  The following classes will be performing a short, informal holiday piece. PARTICIPATION IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL AND DANCERS WILL BE LEARNING CHOREOGRAPHY IN CLASS. We ask for a donation of $3.00 per person and $10 max per family with light refreshments available as a donation based, In addition we will have raffles and prizes to give away. Dancers need not attend to enter the raffles. The show is about 25 minutes and dancers can wear any holiday attire. Please note- there will be no permission slips sent home, dancers if you are participating, just show up at 3:00 for a 4:00 show. This is in-formal, festive and fun! It's the Dance Works version of a holiday party!

*******ATTENTION DANCERS PARTICIPATING IN THE WINTER RECITAL:

If you are a soloist, and have not had your piece approved by a teacher, you have until Friday at 4:00 to do so.
